I know I’ve posted about this before, but I just can’t help but writing another one about this super easy, healthy and pretty looking snack. I love to make these in the afternoon to make it through those last few hours of work. Since I work from home most days, I definitely need that extra boost of energy to stay focused and keep going.
I made a few variations of toppings based on what I had in my pantry, so hopefully you might get some ideas or find inspiration to create your own.
Almond butter with coconut flakes
Raw organic honey with sliced almonds
Almond butter with dark chocolate chips
Cinnamon with brown sugar
